St. Andrew's takes the safety of our youth very seriously. Consequently, we have adopted a Child Safety Policy to define how we ensure the safety of children and youth in our activities.

As described in the Child Safety Policy, volunteers and staff members who will be working with children and youth at our church are required to fill out the Child Safety Screening Form.

Parents or guardians of children or youth must also fill out the Child Safety Permission Form before their child or youth can participate in any youth event and the Youth Ministry Medical and Emergency Form for any off-site church sponsored event.
